Of all the ways we want and need support from you, stuff is the lowest on our list. Please spend your money to make the trip to celebrate with us as effortless as possible. Treat yourself to a better timed plane ticket or splurge on a hotel room. Get yourself (or the kids) some fancy clothes you’ll look adorable in and will totally wear again.
What we’re really hoping for is a heartfelt letter from you, that we can keep to read when we need it the most. Write to one of us, or both of us—whatever feels right. Share a favorite memory, some wisdom that’s served you well, or what our relationship has meant to you. We’re going to treasure these and pull them out whenever we have a hard day and need a reminder that we’re loved.
